Superintendent’s Gallery Feature
This was such an exciting evening. My artwork is currently on display in the Superintendent’s 10th Floor Gallery, where it will be exhibited all year. Out of thousands of student submissions from across Broward County Public Schools, the sixth largest school district in the nation, only 62 pieces were chosen, and I am incredibly honored that mine was selected.
During the opening reception, Dr. Howard Hepburn, Superintendent of Schools, shared that my piece was one of his personal favorites. Hearing that meant so much to me and reminded me how powerful art can be in connecting people.
I am deeply grateful to the art teachers and mentors who have supported and encouraged me throughout my artistic journey. Their guidance has helped me grow as both an artist and a storyteller.
